Photography is memory. Photography is beauty. Photography doesn't separate us from the world  - it's a poetic way of truly seeing and responding to our surroundings. Photography is a way to wonder.

I've believed these things since 1996, when my first camera - a 35mm Minolta SLR - was put into my hands on a safari in Kenya. Since then, I've followed my lens around for both work and play, visiting some of the best destinations in North and Central America, West and East Africa, and the wilds of New York City.

When I'm not out gallivanting, I like to connect with people in their own environments, places where they feel most at ease. My working style is very casual and collaborative, with an emphasis on candid moments.

I've provided images for NGOs, universities, consultants, bands, lovers, families, actors, events, articles, and collectors.
